This website is dedicated to the legacy of North Shore Rescue's late team leader, Tim Jones (1956-2014). Tim saved thousands of lives as a volunteer with North Shore Rescue and was a tireless advocate for Search and Rescue in British Columbia. Tim's dream was to ensure the team that he loved so much could achieve predictable and stable funding. He did not want future leaders to have to take on the stress of unpredictable funding that was his reality.
